With a particular focus on lifestyle blocks and small rural runs, B&T Property Maintenance aims to deliver an affordable first class experience and results to its customers across the wider Otago, Dunedin and Clutha regions. Being a former farmer and lifestyle block owner himself, Tony is personally aware of the unique problems owners face in managing their blocks. Many lifestyle block jobs are too large to undertake by hand and too small to justify the cost of engaging an agricultural contractor or earthmover. Tony's vision for B&T is to fill this gap with an experienced operator using suitably sized equipment all at a very reasonable cost.

Our Equipment

2-Tonne Digger
With Rock, Tilt and Grab buckets suitable for general earthmoving, digging and clearing. We also have access to larger diggers when required.

Flail Mower / Mulcher
Makes short work of overgrown vegetation including grass, scrub and gorse.

Tipper Truck
Transporting soil, spoil and vegetation. Bulk carriage of garden products such as shreded bark and gravel.

General Earthmoving

Due to its size our 2-tonne digger is perfect for most lifestyle block earthmoving jobs. It has rock, tilt and grab buckets. If you have a need to move a large amount of soil we also have access to larger diggers up to 30 tonne in size.

Vegetation Management

Our flail mower / mulcher makes short work of overgrown vegetation and foliage. Cleaning up afterwards is just as fast with our grab bucket and tipper truck. We can arrange for disposal of any unwanted foliage.
